First of all, the discount for the first purchase that you advertise was not applied. Even after I mentioned this when placing the order, it still wasn't applied. Second, the Smart courier delivered the package to the completely wrong parcel locker, and then I had to wait a week for it to be moved to the correct location. I was surprised that the package was within a 5-kilometer radius of the intended parcel locker in Vilnius, yet it was transported back to Kaunas and then back to Vilnius—only this time to the correct parcel locker. Maybe choose a different courier service! It’s very inconvenient and unreliable. I’ll really have to think twice about whether I want to order anything from them next time.

I was able to pick up my order a few days later than the specified date. The store and customer service are great. The product looks just like the photos and description. It was mentioned in the description, but it would be very helpful to include information on the product page and in the ad about which step to use which styling tool: when to use an eyebrow brush, and when to use a cotton swab or a stick. The advertisement is misleading because it shows the effect achieved with eyebrow makeup, but only eyebrow gel is actually being sold.
