The order arrived on time and in good condition, everything was well-packed and protected. As for the delivery company (SEUR), it was a complete disaster. The pickup locations aren't up to date. I chose a pickup location just 4 minutes from my house, but it hasn't been working with that company for over a year. They sent me to pick up the package at a location more than 20 minutes away on foot. This is completely ridiculous and makes me think twice about placing an order due to the lack of trust and poor reputation I’ve seen on their social media. A terrible delivery company. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this eyebrow laminating kit. I left the products on for even less time than recommended, so I definitely didn’t leave them on too long. At first, the results looked pretty good, but after about a week, some of my eyebrow hairs started to curl; they became very dry, rough—just like straw. I’ve never had this kind of problem when using other laminating products in the past. This kit didn’t work for me at all, and I won’t be using it again.
