Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company. The mirror itself can be, let's say, but the approach to customer value is non-existent. You believe that the customer should pay for all the mistakes that have been made on his part. First of all, you have found a way to delay shipments. After a week since I paid, I inform me that they have not received the money, which later turns out to be complete nonsense ( of course it was aimed at delaying the shipment ) Once the "money has been found" I find out that in that case the shipment will be in a week. So the time from payment to delivery is 14 days. As it turns out, the mirror came without glued handles for hanging. The gentleman said that I should go to Mrówka and buy them or come to them to pick them up, he will return me up to a hundred zlotys for fuel. It took more than half a day to find these handles. On the packaging of the glue it says that after gluing it should wait 72 hours, so that the next time flies. After sending the receipt for glue and handles, you made 100 problems for yourself, that it was not such and such various bullshit, in general, everything so as not to return the money for sure. Of course, I don't have to mention that I didn't get them anymore. The distance of this company from me is 120 km, I think that everyone wanted to save some face, they would send the man who didn't stick it on his own trash, then the customer to fix his mistake. Considering that the mirror went to a service establishment that makes money on it, every delayed day in this direction is a big waste of money, but of course you don't care about such things at all

Product not in accordance with the site's visuals: two points for the non-contact sensor are clearly visible on the front of the mirror, which was not mentioned anywhere. After two weeks without news despite my reminders (my messages to the various contact addresses having supposedly landed in their spam...). The situation was regularized very quickly as soon as a PayPal dispute was opened with partial compensation of €100. The problem was finally solved thanks to the commercial gesture, but the initial communication is perplexing.

Meanwhile, on the last day of work, just two hours before the end of the work, I was informed that the contract would not be extended. I have no reservations about the atmosphere at work, but I consider the way this decision was communicated and the moment when it was done to be very unprofessional. If I had received clear and reliable information from the beginning, I could have avoided unnecessary costs, wasted time and dealing with formalities that ultimately turned out to be unnecessary. The biggest problem for me is not the lack of a contract renewal itself, but repeatedly assuring me that it will happen, and then informing me about the change of decision literally two hours before the end of the last day of work. I believe that an employee deserves honesty and timely information to be able to plan their future.

I can't say a bad word about the service, it's great! The quality and wide selection of mirrors is impressive.

I am extremely disappointed with this manufacturer and especially with the handling of my complaint. After only about a year of normal use in the bathroom, my mirror was affected all around by clear stains or traces of corrosion at the edges. The mirror was bought exactly for the bathroom and used accordingly. There was no direct contact with water, the bathroom is ventilated regularly. The manufacturer's argumentation is particularly incomprehensible: On the one hand, it is expressly pointed out that the mirror is suitable for use in the bathroom. On the other hand, in the case of a complaint, it is explained that the damage caused was caused by the moisture in the bathroom. How is a customer supposed to understand this? If a mirror is suitable for the bathroom, I think a manufacturer must also expect that there is a certain humidity in a bathroom. Otherwise, it would have to be clearly pointed out at the time of purchase that the mirror can be damaged under normal bathroom conditions, despite being suitable for the bathroom. I find it even more disappointing that the complaint is rejected completely and that they apparently do not want to take any responsibility for the durability of the product. Unfortunately, the entire communication gives me the impression that the terms warranty and guarantee are either interpreted very generously or simply not treated in a customer-oriented way. I find the statement of the employee Patricia particularly remarkable, who explains to me that the suitability for a bathroom does not mean that the mirror has to withstand the humidity that is common there. Then the question arises for me as to what the manufacturer actually means by a "mirror suitable for the bathroom". If you are willing to spend money on such a mirror and are left with a damaged product and a rejected complaint after only one year, you are welcome to choose this manufacturer. Personally, I would advise against buying it based on my experience. Since I do not agree with the decision, I will now contact a consumer protection body and have the matter examined there. For me, not only the quality of the product is disappointing, but above all the handling of a customer who complains about an obvious defect after a relatively short time.
