Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative opinions. After a year of using the bathroom mirror, corrosion began to appear in the lower part of the mirror. In response to the complaint, the manufacturer rejected it due to the use of the mirror in the bathroom (i.e. in a room with increased humidity) and recommended: - Wiping after use - Bathroom ventilation - Careful cleaning From my side, I can add a recommendation not to buy a bathroom mirror from this manufacturer, because it is not suitable for the bathroom. Unfortunately, despite boasting about a two-year warranty, when it comes to the actual notification, the manufacturer hides behind the exclusion due to use in a room characterized by increased humidity. Conclusion: The mirror is not properly protected against moisture, which naturally occurs in the bathroom, and the manufacturer, unfortunately, washes its hands.

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review due to the communication of the e-shop. If you want to solve anything, you don't have a chance. I don't communicate via contact email / Wapp / or phone. Everything is great until there is a problem. In the case of returning goods, you are out of luck, you will not find out where to send the goods back. It's a shame, I ordered a premium piece for a lot of money, but customer service is completely useless.
