wow, what a professional experience. From the time of leaving the carryon in the airport to the time of retrieving the item was less than four days. The item was in perfect condition. They even went out of their way to add additional padding to protect items inside the carry-on amazing service, hands-down, one of the best.

Communication was great! It seem to take long enough to locate my guitar to believe I would never see it again. $308 USD to send it to me seems outrageous as well. Could have about bought a new one for that. $100 shy of what its worth. But I am glad to have it back👍️

My issue is not with the service. I paid $75 and certainly got the service I paid for. No complaints there. The problem is that there should have to be such a service at all. 10 years ago I left my laptop in the gate area at JFK. I was grieving the death of my father and very distracted. I called the airport and they already knew about it. They held it for me. 7 days later I came back through JFK after the funeral and they walked me to their lost and found room and returned my laptop to me. Grand total: $0. A whole laptop. Only in this current environment is basic decency going to cost you $75. I shouldn’t have to be offering congratulations to a company for doing the right thing. Mind you I had put a claim in to LGA and heard nothing for 6 days. I came through on my way back and was given a number and website address by the TSA captain. I called the number and no one picked up. I then got online and encountered the payment service. There were two levels. One for $35 and premium for $75. Who knows if I would have received my keys back if I’d chosen the lower tier? Lost & Found shouldn’t be a business opportunity. It’s frankly unconscionable. That said—thanks for finding my keys.

EXCELLENT HELP! SO EASY AND WONDERFUL SERVICE. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. My computer was returned to me in Florida in a few days after being picked up at the Philly airport where I left it.

Just as I was settled into my seat for flight home, I realized I had left my jewerly at the security checkpoint. I jumped on my phone while I still had internet and found this site. I quickly answered the brief questions, and took a deep breath. When I got home there was a request for photos, which I provided. The next morning, I heard from the airport lost and found. My jewerly had been found. I recieved emails from this site, at each step of the process. To the amazing point of them calling today to see if the jewerly had arrived well. I had not realized that the box was left at my door. He waited while I checked the door and found my jewerly. The ring and braclets were there and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this site and hope I never Need them again because of my forgetfulness at the airport. But, if I do - I will gladly use their service in the future.
