Additional charge for tariffs was acceptable, but some of the cards look faded, and some of the expected cards appear to be missing. That may be a fault with the project but I was expecting the cards for Franken to include the factions from Thunder's Edge.

They aren't the best choice for printing Tarot cards: the colors look muddy and lack accuracy, and the corner rounding is minimal—only a few millimeters—whereas Tarot cards require at least 7 mm. There is no option to customize the degree of corner rounding, so I had to trim the corners correctly myself. The linen-finish paper creates a pixelation effect on the images—especially those with fine details—which disrupts the visual integrity. The paper has a "dry" feel, which is unusual, particularly when shuffling the cards. On the plus side, the ordering process is convenient—especially uploading the card designs—and order fulfillment, shipping, and packaging are all fast.

The box is intact, the contents are perfectly protected. I received everything on time. Contact with the staff was perfect, everything was quick and efficient. The highest level of professionalism, quickly and efficiently.

Despite my large order of 1000+ cards, printing and delivery happened quite quick. The cards were in good condition, sealed in packs of 100 each.
